- Using "salón" for living room: In Spanish, "salón" can mean a large room, but in English, the main room for relaxing is the living room. Do not say my salon. Say my living room.
- Confuso garden y yard: A garden usually has flowers, plants, or vegetables. A yard is a general outdoor area, often with grass. For this lesson, focus on garden.
- Not using "the" with rooms: Remember to use "the" when talking about a specific room in your house, for example, in the kitchen, no in kitchen.
